From Salt Lake, take Interstate 80 East to just past Park City, take HWY 40 (exit 146) toward Heber. Take a left (east) at the lights at SR 32 and it is one mile up Hwy 32, the third turn on your left.
From Provo take US-189 N. Turn left (north) onto Main Street Heber (HWY 40). Follow until you reach the set of lights for SR 32. Take a right (east) and it is the third turn on your left.
Most all of the home sites look west/southwest towards Mount Timpanogos, Deer Creek Reservoir, the Heber Valley, and the glistening Provo River.

Phase one at River View offers a small clubhouse with a fitness room, hot tub and pool. There is also a trailhead to the Coyote Canyon Loop trail at River View.
All of the modern conveniences are available at River View. Natural gas, water, power, sewer, and Century Link’s newest, highest speed internet service are all connected to every home.
Yes, there is an HOA. The fees vary per type of residence. HOA dues cover all Common Area Insurance, taxes and maintenance of the clubhouse pool/ hot tub and fitness equipment. Century Link has installed its newest, highest speed Internet system to River View, providing each residence with a wireless modem and 20mbps speed, which is included in the HOA dues.
Townhomes - $168 a month - includes all exterior maintenance, basic high speed internet, snow removal on the roads, driveways and sidewalks, and landscaping, as well as Common Area insurance, taxes and maintenance of the clubhouse pool/ hot tub and fitness equipment.
Maintained Cottages - $148 a month – includes basic high speed internet, snow removal on the roads, driveways and sidewalks, and landscaping, as well as Common Area insurance, taxes and maintenance of the clubhouse pool/ hot tub and fitness equipment.
Non-Maintained Cottages - $79 a month – includes basic high speed internet and maintenance of the clubhouse pool/ hot tub and fitness equipment, but does not include snow removal or landscaping maintenance. Each unit is individually metered for all other utilities.
The property tax levied percentage for Wasatch County is currently .011165%. Primary owners are assessed 55% of the assessed value. Second home owners or investment properties are assessed at 100% of the assessed value. These numbers are subject to change. Buyers are advised to contact the Wasatch County Assessor’s office to verify Property tax valuations (435-657-3182)
